Board of Directors

The Heidi Krueger Foundation
Board of Directors

After 11 years of prospering, we continue to develop and implement a vision of what the Heidi Krueger Foundation For Giving might be, how it might contribute, and in what directions we might travel, in the future.

It is the purpose of the Foundations’s Board of Directors  to imagine, develop and implement this vision.
One common characteristic of the contributors on our Board is that in both the business and personal arenas, they all have a strong commitment to making a difference in people's lives. Using their unique talents, experience, strengths and commitment, they are making a substantial difference in Heidi's Foundation; more importantly, they are making a difference to many college kids in need of help to create a future for themselves.

The Mission

1. To provide input, ideas & strategies that grow the Foundation in terms of:
           1). More Foundation sponsored events
2). More people participating in Foundation events

2. To guide the Foundation for future growth, with respect to:
            1). The current year/next year
            2). The next 5 years
            3). The next 10 years

3. To implement the plans & strategies in a way that the Foundation achieves growth in terms of:
1). Increased number of grants provided every year
2). Increased amount of money available for grant & charitable distribution every
year

4. To insure that grant application requests are processed, reviewed and the applicants
     interviewed, in a timely manner.

Bob Krueger
director
Bob founded the Heidi Krueger Foundation for Giving in 2006, as a way to both contribute, and perpetuate Heidi's spirit of giving. As Executive Director of the Foundation, Bob oversees all Foundation activities, and does his best to stay out of the way of the incredible people dedicated to the HKF.  With the help of this dedicated team he is now starting to answer the questions of "What's next" and Why not" for the Foundation.

In business, Bob has held positions in Engineering, Technical Sales, Management, and founded and ran a small business, WesTech, in 1997. He re-started WesTech  in 2016 and currently provides consulting services to small businesses.

When Bob grows up, he hopes to be a full-time basketball coach, a business and personal mentor, an author of inspirational books, a part-time fisherman, and a guitarist in a middle aged classic rock band.
